Pressure fish

Druckfisch is a small screen printing manufacturer based in Konstanz on Lake Constance.

We, Anja Menkhaus (speech therapist) and Julia Dandler (architect), opened our studio in Konstanz two years ago out of enthusiasm for different printing techniques. It was clear from the start that we did not want to get into mass production, but rather value sustainability and individuality.

Printing is done with water-based, solvent-free ink on textiles and paper. Our textiles are Fairtrade and GOTS certified, the napkins, pillows and tea towels come from German weaving and sewing mills.

Our products are created exclusively in our studio, starting with the processing of the motifs, the creation of the screens and the final hand printing. For this reason, we mainly produce small series, one-off pieces and individual orders.
