Dimitris Kalergis

Who are you?
DK: My name is Dimitris Kalergis. I am an architect, product designer and academic. I work and live in Greece, in a medium-sized city called Volos by the sea.

Why did you become a designer?
DK: As an architect, the passion for design is part of my daily life. A main driver of my work is the challenge of innovative creativity, new objects and new experiences that result from it.

How did it feel when you created your first product?
DK: It feels like a dream come true when a concept turns to paper, a sketch turns to a drawing and finally a product is created. It's a great feeling to create something new and unique.
